"Seems reliable so far"
I’ve used the site a bit and, it seems trustworthy to me. No issues so far, which is always a good sign. Feels like a solid choice.

"Quick and easy most of the time"
I use freetheocean.com regularly, and most days it loads really fast for me. Even on my phone, the pages usually pop up without much waiting, which makes it easy to fit in when I have a minute. It feels like a tiny win when I can get through it quickly while drinking my coffee.
I’m giving it 4 stars because there have been a couple times where it froze or took longer than usual, but it hasn’t been a big issue. Overall, it’s been reliable, simple to use, and something I keep coming back to.

"Finally, emails I don't immediately delete"
I’m subscribed to their newsletter it’s one of the few emails I actually bother opening. So many newsletters are just a pile of random “look at us” nonsense, but this one is actually relevant. The ocean facts are quick, the updates don’t drag on forever, and it gives me a little nudge to click without being obnoxious about it. Wild concept, right? An email that’s simple, useful, and doesn’t make me want to unsubscribe immediately. Happy with it...

"Wish I’d ordered a bit earlier"
It showed up later than I expected. The item itself was okay, but I kind of regret not ordering sooner since the shipping took longer than I’d hoped.

"Actually impressed"
I’ve been using these for a bit now and they feel really nice, not cheap or flimsy at all. They’ve held up well so far too, which is always a plus. Anyway, suddenly I’m weirdly excited about how good they are. Definitely happy with them

"Solid site, though I notice the pop-ups come in waves"
I’ve been using freetheocean.com for a while, and overall I like it. The pop-ups aren’t really a big deal most of the time, but I have noticed they seem to show up in little patterns, like I’ll go a bit without seeing much and then suddenly get a few reminders close together. They’re easy enough to close, so it doesn’t ruin the experience for me. I just think the site would feel a little smoother with fewer notifications. Still, it works fine and I keep coming back.

"Decent idea, not a ton to choose from"
I do like what the site is trying to do, and it’s nice to see eco-friendly products all in one place. That said, the selection felt a little underwhelming, which I guess makes browsing quicker if nothing else. A lot of the items weren’t really what I was looking for, and a few categories seemed sparse. I was expecting more options.

"Fun idea, but the trivia needs better quality control"
I like the concept and I’ve had some fun with it, but the trivia questions are really inconsistent. Some are clear and actually enjoyable, while others feel totally random, weirdly worded, or like they weren’t checked before being added. It’s frustrating because the good questions show the app has potential, but the uneven quality kind of ruins the experience. I’d like to see this addressed or passed along to whoever manages the content, because it’s not just a small one-off issue. I’ll still play sometimes, but it definitely needs improvement before I’d call it reliable.

"Wish more apps handled ads like this"
I wish I’d found this sooner. The ads are really manageable and don’t pop up constantly or make the app feel pushy. Nothing gets in the way, which is such a relief

"Nice little daily habit, though it can feel repetitive"
I actually like the quick trivia, and it did get me to check in most days. The points and streaks help keep it motivating, but after a while it starts to feel a bit samey, if that makes sense. Still, it’s a decent little habit to have.

"I do like the daily trivia, and it’s..."
I do like the daily trivia, and it’s a fun little thing to check in on. But reading between the lines, it feels like the questions are starting to repeat themselves or cover the same ideas too often. Still enjoyable, just not as fresh as it was at first.

"Donation Info Is Way Too Unclear"
The donation and sponsor info is frustratingly vague. It feels like they expect people to just figure it out on their own, which is ridiculous. If you’re asking for support, at least make it clear where the money is going and who the sponsors actually are.

"Learned more than I thought I would"
I first started going on freetheocean.com just for a quick daily questions, but I ended up learning more than I expected. The facts are short and easy to get, not like reading the long article or anything.
I like how it makes ocean and plastic stuff feel simple, even if you only got a minute. It’s a nice little site to check in on, and it teaches you things without feeling like the boring lesson.

"Nice knowing where the impact actually goes"
I really like that they show where the impact is going instead of just throwing out vague feel-good claims. I was looking at it one morning while drinking coffee before work, and it just made me feel better about using it every day. It feels more transparent and a lot easier to trust.

"The site feel a little clunky to me..."
The site feel a little clunky to me, and I kept having trouble finding what I needed. It does work, but the whole experience wasn’t very smooth for me.

"Why is getting support so complicated?"
I reached out to support i’m still waiting for a reply. It feels like this should’ve been a simple thing to sort out, so I’m not sure why it’s taking so long or why it has to be this complicated.

"I really like seeing my cleanup progress"
For me, being able to track my cleanup progress makes a big difference. It feels motivating to see what I’ve already done, it keeps me coming back to finish more

"Fun for sharing, but the community feels a bit slow"
I do like being able to share my clicks with friends, and that part works well. It’s just that the community side feels kind of quiet sometimes. Compared to a few similar apps I’ve tried, there doesn’t seem to be as much activity or back-and-forth here. It’s not bad, but it would be way more fun if the community felt more active

"Still not sure I trust the plastic proof"
I’ve been clicking in every day, and it feels like more effort than it should be. Even after keeping up with it, the plastic proof still doesn’t feel clear enough for me to fully trust.

"Helpful idea, but the reminders are a bit much"
I like the idea behind the site and it does what it’s supposed to do, but it could be easier to read. Some sections feel kind of cramped, and a few buttons or links aren’t immediately obvious, so I had to poke around a bit. It works on my phone, but not always as smoothly as I’d like. Also, the reminders feel way too aggressive sometimes, like I get it, I’ll come back when I can. Overall it’s usable, but the layout, accessibility, and navigation could definitely be improved...
